Step One - Our Listing Process

We will...

  1. Prepare a Competitive Market Analysis of you home.
  2. Determine the best possible price for you home in today's market.
  3. Complete and review the listing agreement with you.
  4. Prepare your home for sale. Spend as much time as we need going over the entire property with you, both inside and outside. We will make a list, with you, of suggestions and recommendations about your home so that it will be seen at its highest perceived value while competing in the marketplace.
  5. Install a lockbox, or supra and our exclusive high definition "Quade Real Estate For Sale" sign.
  6. Create a professional information sheet highlighting the key selling points of your home for prospective purchasers.

Step Two - Our Marketing Process

  1. Dual Agents. Two agents working for the price of one. Double the engery and motivation to help sell your property with experience.
  2. The Multiple Listing Service. Professionally represent your home to the MLS. As a result, your home will be exposed to every agent in the South Central (Madison) and WIREX (access to 95% of the state of Wisconsin).
  3. Brochures. Professionally create, produce and distribute a brochure of your home and make it available to every real estate office and buyer.

  13. Quade Concierge Service. When you put your property on the market, help is often needed with many of the details associated with its sale. Quade Concierge Service provides an efficient, stress-free avenue for identifying high-quality reliable service providers to meet your needs and offers basic information on area points of interest.
  14. Full-Time Support, Offices and Resources. Quade Real Estate is always open Monday-Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday from 10:00am to 3:00pm. We are also available by phone or appointment on Sunday. Step Four - Closing Your Transaction
