JULIE LOVES A GOOD TIME
Spending time at her lake home, swimming, fishing and boating are just a few
of the activities Julie loves to do. But it truly wouldn’t be a good
time unless Julie’s family is there to experience it right along with
her. Husband Robert (Owner/Operator of R. QUADE CONSTRUCTION, LLC in Fox Lake),
daughter Jenny (ICU & Emergency at Aurora Hospital in Oshkosh), daughter
Sonja (Broker Associate at QUADE REAL ESTATE, LLC), and granddaughters Chloe & Ava
are the biggest part of Julie’s life. Family is cornerstone of everything
that Julie does, and nothing is more fun for her than spending time with them.
“I truly live my life for my family,” says Julie. Julie knows

A CONSUMMATE PROFESSIONAL
Julie began her real estate career in 1986. After nearly 20 years of practical
real estate experience, she decided to take her knowledge and venture out on
her own with daughter Sonja Quade. Thus, QUADE REAL ESTATE, LLC was born.
Julie holds three prestigious designations through the Wisconsin Realtor Association.
She is a Graduate of the Realtor’s Institute (GRI), a Certified Residential
Specialist (CRS), and a Resort and Recreation Specialist (RRS). All of these
designations require additional study and testing, as well as meeting production
levels set by the WRA. Not only has Julie committed to remaining current in
Realtor education, but her technical contract-writing ability is second to none.
Julie is also very involved in the Realtor community. She has served on various
Dodge County Board of Realtor committee’s over the years. Julie understands
how important it is to learn from her peers.
Julie has a strong desire to do the best job possible for you. She has a well-developed
